Screen: Visitor Book

Visitor Book lets you keep track of your leads and people who had shown some interest in your business. You can use the “Visitor Book” to save information of the people visiting you in your workplace, or an event. This would help you to narrow down and discern potential leads in the long run.

Steps to access Visitor Book:

  1. Open Menu
  2. Choose Contacts
  3. Choose Visitor Book, out of the two options prompted by the RunMyOffice app.for mo
  4. You can click on the +(plus) symbol to add a “New Visitor”.
  5. Fill the necessary details before pressing DONE to save the visitor in your Visitor Book.
